Check-in for all rooms is at 15PM and check-out is at 10AM. Rates include continental breakfast and fast Internet access. US$30.00 dollars for additional guest. You may pay for the room with cash or credit; however, there is a 10% processing fee if you pay with credit card.

Second Home Peru is a small guest house with only eight rooms, because of this we must enforce a cancellation policy. We require that all guests give us notification 7 or more days in advance for all cancelled rooms. Otherwise guests must pay in full.
